Booking procedure:1) Full payment in advance to confirm the booking. 2) Payment via credit card, 2.5 % bank charges additionally applicable against the total credit card payment amount. 3) Effective 1st January 2018, 5% VAT will be levied for all bookings, from 01st January 2018 onwards (As per new UAE Government Law). 4) According to the availability we can confirm the booking with advance payment. |
Cancellation:1) 100% of the total charter value if cancelled 7 days ( 1 week ) prior to the trip. 2) Client/customer can cancel the booking 7 days ( 1 week ) prior to the booking date. Kindly note, there is no refund. 3) Cancellation of the yacht charter booking by client/customer shall result in forfeiture of the deposit/payment of the total yacht charter cost. 4) Reschedule Booking: Before 1 week prior to the booking date, you can reschedule the yacht charter booking according to the availability of the preferred date and time. |
Very Important Notes:1) Reservations will be subject to availability upon confirmation & depending on the weather conditions. We follow weather updates from Dubai Coast Guard on daily basis in the morning hours. 2) All guests must carry ANYONE OF THE VALID ORIGINAL ID and it is mandatory by UAE law (Emirates ID / Passport / UAE driving license). Any guest without personal identification will not be permitted onboard. 3) Any delay caused by the guest end will not be adjusted in trip time extension. 4) The number of passengers (Headcount) must not exceed as registered by UAE law. The headcount includes adult, child & infants. 5) All guests under 21 yrs must be supervised by an adult (Guardians / Parents) on board. 6) All eatables brought onboard by the guests must be approved by UAE food & safety regulations. 7) All fishing trips must be conducted under UAE regulations. 8) Animals or pets are not allowed onboard. 9) No alcohol served onboard. Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol onboard (UAE law applicable). 10) Life Jackets mandatory by law to ensure safety on board. 11) Swimming is not allowed after sunset by law. |
